Beginning in , Fitts tells us THEY began to drain off America's money, and it's anyone's guess as to where this is going.  There are "journal voucher adjustments" made yearly to the government's books (Department of Defense, for example), in the trillions.  These could be thought of as "bookkeeping adjustments" for accounting "errors." There is no explanation for these massive "adjustments" to the books.

Solari writes:  $21 Trillion dollars is missing from the U.S.

That is $65, per person—as much as the national debt!
What’s going on? Where is the money? How could this happen? How much has really gone missing?

What would happen if a corporation failed to pass an audit like this? Or a taxpayer?
